How to create an effect/filter in Spark AR ?, yes, now i will create how to create paparazi effect in Spark AR #1, this is the main consept of the effect, if you want to be more complete, improve by yourself.
This Effect work like freeze frame, but, not just 1 freeze, like a Photographer shot in burst mode, this tutorial will be like that, but need your improve to be like that. This just my opinion for this effect.
